Everyone that you come into contact with on any of our courses or workshops has been carefully selected for their skills, care and enthusiasm. We love being able to help you with your fears and that is why we volunteer our time to be with you. Here are just some of the people you may come across when you join one of our events.
Virgin Atlantic Pilots
All of the pilots that speak on our courses are extremely experienced aviators. They come from a mixture of backgrounds including Her Majesty’s Forces and other commercial airlines. Here are a few pictures of some of them. There are more of them and their pictures are dotted around the rest of this site.
We use a wide range of techniques and skills drawn from a broad spectrum of behavioural change methods such as NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), TFT (Thought Field Therapy), REBT (Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), Mindfulness and good old fashioned relaxation techniques. We are always on the lookout for new methods and techniques to help nervous flyers. EVERY technique and strategy we use is there because clients tell us they work – even if they might seem a bit odd (if you are not familiar with that type of thing!) We know that it is vitally important to offer you a choice of different psychological tools & techniques to help you to find the technique/strategy/idea that works for you.
